VAKOMTEK Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań informs that the BLUPOP electric kettle model BEN203KS EAN 47183081169076 introduced on the market does not meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Development on June 2, 2016 for electrical equipment, due to the insufficient electrical strength of the kettle base and insulation breakdown between the phase and ground contact, which creates the risk of electric shock to the user and the burning of the electrical contact in the kettle and base, which resulted in the lack of electrical connection between these elements so the kettle is not suitable for use.
