Chun-Fu Lin - President of Management Board
Chun-Fu Lin graduated Feng-Chia University in Taichung, Taiwan (with a degree in mechanical engineering). Since 1994, he and his family moved to Poland and he began running business in Poland. He started with the distribution of RTV equipment and Hi-Fi systems. Later in 1998, his distribution expended to computer accessories and many other wide ranges of electronic products.
Starting from the beginning of this business in Poland, he has steadily been building good relationships in many different distribution channels. Chun-fu Lin has experienced all the changes in this marketplace and leading in this business field. For example: the starting of consumer electronics appears in Poland, distribution in wholesales channel, the increase number of importers, then the era for hypermarkets starts raising in Poland, and many more.
Because of his education background, he has excellent knowledge of product characteristics, manufacturers situations, and market-product trends. He has also learnt from experiences in these 20 years of distribution business management, finances and sales.
Chun-Fu Lin, the President of the Board, became a successful leader equipped with all kinds of skill sets for the business.

Mei-Yueh Lin has educational background in finance and accounting. She has been in Poland for business development in wholesale sector for the past 20 years and practically handled every detail. Her experience grew with this country’s business changes from the time where wholesales business was the majority to the hypermarket store chains dominates the consumers’ purchase. She is capable of all fields of business activities in Poland.
Shang-Ju Lin - Supervisory Board Member
Shang-Ju Lin graduated from the University of Western Ontario in Canada with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Then he began his professional career in the field of trade on the Polish and foreign markets. He worked for many years at Vakomtek S.A. as a Sales Director and then Managing Director. He was responsible, among others, for developing cooperation with trade networks. He has extensive competences in sales, marketing and maintaining customer relationships. He also graduated from Tsinghua Beijing and Insead dual degree Executive MBA. Shang Ju is actively involved with investment fund and consult many portfolio companies.
Li-Chi Liu - Supervisory Board Member
Li-Chi Liu graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University on Taiwan and majored in Financial Law. Then, she went for her first career in IP in Taiwan. She succeeded in protecting many clients’ trademark rights. During the period of being an authorized identifier, she also succeeded in cracking down crimes on counterfeits. After 8 years of work experience in IP, she decided to switch professions and then she worked in a group of the aesthetic medicine as a legal advisor.
Ya-Lu Lin - Supervisory Board Member
Ya-Lu Lin graduated Imperial College London. Then he went for his first career in sales and marketing in USA and Canada. His success story was bringing products into major retail stores such as Staples and Best Buy within the first 3 months of operation. After 5 years of work experience in North America, he decided to move to Asia area for product management and development, where he can utilize his knowledge in "giving the right products”. Now he is working as consultant and advisor for many factories. In 2017 he came to Poland to take a lead of Purchase Department in Vakomtek S.A.
Mei-Chi Tsai - Supervisory Board Member
Mei-Chi Tsai graduated in Taiwan Taipei Business School College with a degree. She has twenty-five years of senior financial-accounting practice. At present, Mrs. Tsai is a Head Accountant in Handsfull Technology Corp., Ltd.Professional areas: mid- and long-term business strategy planning, prepare and control company’s budget, plan and review accounting procedures and operations, review and control operating results and financial performance of operating units, develop funding plans based on the company's operating and funding needs.
